Hours: Part-time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Pay: $10-12 an hour – opportunities for raises based on performance 

Overview:

Overdrive Digital Marketing is seeking a creative and skilled Part-Time Content Creator to produce engaging social media content for our agency and various brands owned and/or managed by the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics and videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube while staying current with social media trends.

If you’re passionate about content creation and have a strong understanding of social media platforms and AI tools, this is a perfect opportunity to showcase your talents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics and videos for Overdrive Digital Marketing and other brands the company manages.
• Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute content strategies aligned with each brand’s goals.
• Video Editing: Edit and optimize short-form videos for social media platforms, ensuring they meet platform-specific standards.
• Content Scheduling: Manage and schedule posts across platforms to ensure consistency and optimal timing.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and utilize them to inform content strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in creating content (graphics and videos) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere).
• AI Knowledge: Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT and generative AI tools for content enhancement and idea generation.
• Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of platform-specific content requirements and trends.
• Creativity: Ability to generate fresh ideas for social media campaigns that drive engagement.
• Self-Motivation: Able to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Job Summary:

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for digital marketing and web solutions? OverDrive Digital Marketing is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to local businesses, promoting our website design and monthly SEO services, and securing new clients. You will work as a 1099 employee on a commission-based structure, earning a generous commission for each successful lead that converts into a signed contract.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients, primarily local businesses, through cold calls, social media outreach, and networking events.
• Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and communicate them to our web developers.
• Conduct in-depth consultations and presentations to showcase the value of our services and explain how they can benefit the client’s online presence.
• Follow up with leads through email, phone calls, and meetings to nurture and convert them into paying clients.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our website design and SEO offerings, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices (training provided).
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to provide seamless customer experiences and ensure client satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to expand your network and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or business networking.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently (Very Important).
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and web technologies is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
